Common use of Same Day/Next Day Appointments Clause in Contracts

Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or e-mails the Provider prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Provider on the same day. If the patient calls or emails the Provider after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with the Provider on the following normal office day. In any event, however, NuMed shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.

Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or e-mails the Provider Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Provider Physician on the same day. If the patient calls or emails e-mails the Provider Physician after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with the Provider Physician on the following normal office day. In any event, however, NuMed Practice shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.

In any event, however, NuMed Functional Family shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.

If the patient calls or emails the Provider Providers/Office after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patientpatient’s appointment with the Provider Providers on the following normal regular office day. In any event, however, NuMed Insight Primary Care shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.

In any event, however, NuMed Helical Health shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.

In the case that Provider is not able to be present physically at the office address , Direct Primed Care will make all efforts to establish an appointment through Telemedicine. o
