SAMPLE VOLUME AND CONTAINERS. ‌ The required volume of sample for analysis will be placed in laboratory supplied containers. Table 2 summarizes appropriate holding times, preservation methods, sample volumes and sample containers.   • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Packing Materials and Containers for Shipment Packing materials and containers in which a good is packed for shipment shall be disregarded in determining whether: (a) all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo an applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4; and (b) the good satisfies a regional value content requirement.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Volume of TIPS Sales Nothing in this Agreement or any TIPS communication may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any TIPS orders to Vendor at any time.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
