SAMSUNG. HEAVY INDUSTRIES CO., LTD., a corporation established and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea, having its registered offices at Samsung Life Insurance Seocho Tower 0000-00, Xxxxxx-xxxx, Xxxxxx-Xx, Xxxxx 000-000, Xxxxxxxx of Korea (“Samsung”).

SAMSUNG and You do not limit or exclude liability for any types of loss or damage for which liability cannot, under applicable law, be excluded or limited, to the extent that the applicable law prevents such exclusion or limitation, or to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction judges that such an exclusion or limitation would be ineffective under applicable law.

SAMSUNG. The term “Samsung” has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

SAMSUNG is not responsible for Wallet Item information updates and for any losses or damages caused by outdated Wallet Item information.

SAMSUNG reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Service herein without prior notice.

SAMSUNG. SDS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT SAMSUNG SDS WILL CORRECT ALL SOFTWARE ERRORS.

This includes Speaker's presentation, and distributing, publishing or otherwise making available to the public those through various means including and without limitation to, posting on social media platforms. You agree not to include any confidential content in your presentation or displayed Presentation Materials that belongs to you or any third-party. Only materials within the Presentation Materials that Samsung approves for public use shall be used. Please note that media, industry and/or financial analysts, among others, may be in attendance.
