SAMSUNG reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Service herein without prior notice.
SAMSUNG. The term “Samsung” has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
SAMSUNG. SDS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT SAMSUNG SDS WILL CORRECT ALL SOFTWARE ERRORS.
SAMSUNG. ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. whose registered office is at 416 Maetan-Dong, Youngtong-Gu, Suwon City, Gyeonggi-Do, Korea (a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea) (the “Purchaser”).
SAMSUNG. PAY WILL BE SECURE AGAINST OR IMMUNE FROM (INCLUDING THE CONTENT DELIVERED TO YOU OR ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS; AND (IV) DEALS, OFFERS, COUPONS, LOYALTY PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS AND OTHER SAMSUNG PAY SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SAMSUNG. 6. Samsung disclaims any responsibility or liability for attendees' actions at or related to the Event, including and without limitation to, attendee's taking screen shots, recordings, and/or photography of the Event. This includes Speaker's presentation, and distributing, publishing or otherwise making available to the public those through various means including and without limitation to, posting on social media platforms. You agree not to include any confidential content in your presentation or displayed Presentation Materials that belongs to you or any third-party. Only materials within the Presentation Materials that Samsung approves for public use shall be used. Please note that media, industry and/or financial analysts, among others, may be in attendance.
SAMSUNG. TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT -------------------------------------
SAMSUNG. 4.2.1 Samsung shall own all right, title, and interest in and to all Samsung Technology, Samsung Confidential Information, the Products, all Derivative Technology created from, based on, or related to any of the foregoing, by whomever made, and all intellectual property rights related thereto. In the event that any HSNS personnel make a contribution to the Samsung Technology, Samsung Confidential Information, the Products, or any Derivative Technology created from, based on, or related to any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, all rights in and to any inventions and designs embodied in any of the foregoing (collectively, an "HSNS Contribution"), HSNS shall assign, and hereby does assign, its entire right, title, and interest in and to each HSNS Contribution to Samsung.
SAMSUNG. Samsung represents and warrants that: (i) it has the full power to enter into this Agreement and make the assignments set forth herein; (ii) to the best of Samsung’s knowledge, the Products do not infringe any patent, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right held by any third party; and (iii) any Samsung personnel assigned to a Porting Team shall be employees or Independent Contractors of Samsung within the scope of their employment or agreements, respectively, and under an obligation to assign any inventions made hereunder or under any Services Schedule to Samsung.
