Common use of Sanitation Clause in Contracts

Sanitation. The Lessee shall observe and confirm Applicable Laws in any way relating to public health and sanitation in force and shall provide sufficient latrine, accommodation and other sanitary arrangements for the labourers, workmen and other staff employed on the Leased Land and/or in the Project , in order to keep the land and surroundings clean and in good condition to the satisfaction of the Authority and shall not without the previous consent in writing of the Authority permit any labourers or workmen to reside upon the Leased Land and in the event of such consent being given shall comply strictly with the terms thereof.

The Lessee shall observe and confirm Applicable Laws to all rules, regulations and bye-laws of local authority concerned or any other statutory regulations in any way relating to public health and sanitation in force the time being and that he shall provide sufficient latrine, accommodation and other sanitary arrangements for the labourers, workmen and other staff employed on the Leased Land and/or in the Project Land, in order to keep the land and surroundings clean and in good condition to the satisfaction of the Authority and shall not without the previous consent in writing of the Authority permit any labourers or workmen to reside upon the Leased Land and in the event of such consent being given shall comply strictly with the terms thereof.
