Schedule of Evaluations. Each probationary employee shall receive an evaluation at least twice during the employee’s probationary period. Each permanent employee shall receive an annual performance review during their anniversary month. Employees who are absent during their anniversary month shall receive their annual performance evaluation upon return from leave. Any employee not receiving an annual performance evaluation will have their work performance deemed satisfactory for that year. Performance evaluations shall not be performed for any period in excess of 1 year prior to the date of the evaluation. The District may make additional performance evaluations for employees at any time.
