SCHEDULING AND USE OF PAID TIME OFF. Employees may schedule accrued Paid Time Off in increments of one (1) hour or more. and employees may accumulate a maximum of one hundred and eighty-seven and a half (187.5) hours Paid Time Off. Employees wishing to use accrued Paid Time Off must arrange requests with their supervisor. Longer periods of Paid Time Off shall be granted on a first-come, first- served basis. Supervisors shall respond to approve or deny leave requests within five (5) working days from the receipt of the leave request form from the employee. Employees may utilize accrued and unused Paid Time Off for purposes of illness, or for any other reason when previously approved by his/her supervisor.
