Scheduling of Compensatory Time Off. Subject to the operating requirements of the Agency and in advance of the requested time off, an employee shall have his/her choice of scheduling compensatory time off. Employees shall follow Section 7 of Article 32 (Vacation Leave) for the procedures to schedule compensatory time off.
