Scheduling - Rules for Full-time Employees. The Employer will make every effort to ensure that a regular full-time employee will be given first preference for taking paid holidays or scheduling either vacation days or days off in lieu of other worked paid holidays in order to ensure that he or she has either Christmas Day or Boxing Day off every second year.
