Full-Time and Part-Time Employees. (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement. (b) Notwithstanding clause 14.1(a), the base rate of pay for employees in nursing classifications will be as set out in the Tables in Schedule B or 2% higher than the rates in the Nurses Award 2020 for the corresponding classifications, whichever is the greater. This rate is inclusive of a buy-out of one week’s annual leave for all nursing classifications which equates to 1.92% of the base rate of pay. (c) Full-time employees have the benefit of all of the other entitlements set out in this Agreement. (d) Part-time employees have the benefit of all of the other entitlements set out in this Agreement on a pro rata basis in the same proportion as their ordinary hours of work bear to full-time hours.

Full-Time and Part-Time Employees. (A) A part-time employee shall not be placed or recalled into a full-time position. (B) A full-time employee shall not be placed into a part-time position or recalled to a part-time position unless she/he has requested to be listed on the part-time employeesrecall list.

Full-Time and Part-Time Employees. 13.4.1 Each full-time and part-time employee who completes one (1) year of service with the Employer shall be entitled to earn up to three weeks annual vacation based on hours worked in past year and pro-rated for employees who commenced employment during the vacation year. Number of hours (salary) worked multiplied by 5.7692307% (hours work x 0.057692307 = vacation earned). a) In the event of termination prior to one (1) year of service, all employees shall be entitled to 3/52 of the total wages earned to the date of termination. 13.4.2 After ten (10) years of service, full-time and part-time employees shall be entitled to earn up to four weeks annual vacation based on hours worked in past year.
