It is agreed that in the event that the elementary school with the highest percentage of children from low income families on the latest Public School Eligibility Survey is at least 30 percentage points higher that the elementary school with the second highest percentage, instructional staff and school administrators at the elementary school with the highest percentage will receive a $200 supplement.
