Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.
District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time: 1.1.23.1 Direct Developer to communicate with or provide notice to the Construction Manager or the Architect on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate Developer will communicate with or provide notice to the District; and/or 1.1.23.2 Direct the Construction Manager or the Architect to communicate with or direct Developer on matters for which the Contract Documents indicate the District will communicate with or direct Developer.
Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States E.O. 13043, amended by E.O. 13652, requires Recipients to encourage employees and contractors to enforce on-the-job seat belt policies and programs when operating company- owned, rented or personally-owned vehicle.
Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County The Agreement continues the contractual relationship between the Oregon State Marine Board and Xxxxxxx County through its Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office will be reimbursed for marine law enforcement patrols, boater education, and boat inspections conducted throughout the County.
Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.
Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notice or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxxx Xxxxx agrees to pay two thousand five hundred ($2,500.00) in civil penalties. The penalty payment will be allocated in accordance with California Health and Safety Code §§ 25249.12(c)(1) & (d), with 75% of the penalty amount paid to the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) and the remaining 25% of the penalty amount retained by EHA. Xxxxxx Xxxxx shall issue two separate checks for the initial civil penalty payment to (a) “OEHHA” and (b) Environmental Health Advocates, Inc. as follows: • One payment of $1,875.00 to OEHHA, due fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date. • One payment of $625.00 to EHA, due fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date. Fast Food Allowance As of 1 March 2024 the Employer shall pay an allowance of $3.20 per hour on all fast food construction, and on refurbishments with a building permit value in excess of $470,000. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. On any Project where the applicable site allowance in Appendix C is higher, then that site allowance will apply.
