School Improvement Planning. 1. The school district will establish a $20,000 fund for summer school improvement planning projects. 2. A formal proposal must be made by each school to the superintendent or their designee. Those staff eligible and a detailed statement of purposes and outcomes related to their school improvement plan are to be included in this application. 3. The summer work will be compensated at the curriculum rate of pay.
