School Opening/Closing. In the case of a school being opened or closed the Union shall be given advance notice and shall be provided with a copy of staffing plans as soon as available. The Union may submit its recommendations regarding staffing plans related to such opening/closing to the Board with a copy of such recommendations to the Superintendent. Such staffing plans shall be presented to the Board concurrent with any other such plan which may be submitted by the administration or a Board-appointed committee.
