Common use of Schools Officers Clause in Contracts

Schools Officers. 26.4.1. The employer is committed to the full implementation of its Infection Control Policy, which includes vaccination procedures for Hepatitis A and B. In acknowledging this policy, the Department will facilitate and pay for the cost of Hepatitis A and B vaccinations for all schools officers, upon request. 26.4.2. It is agreed that should any schools officer receive a vaccination and subsequently resign within three months, the employer may, at its discretion, deduct the cost of such vaccination from the schools officer’s termination pay. 26.4.3. The employer agrees to the provision of sun-smart shirts to Schools Officers as a minimum.
