The FAIR CAREER PATHS clause establishes a commitment by the employer to provide equitable opportunities for career advancement and professional development to all employees. These agreed Design Principles were developed and approved for discretionary use by entities when finalising the review process referred to above.

These agreed Design Principles were developed and approved for discretionary use by agencies when finalising the review process referred to above. The review of the Design Principles will be completed within 12 months of the date of certification of the State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2009.
