Scope/Contract Change Process. Contractor acknowledges that any scope change proposal that affects the total cost of the project is subject to the City’s policies and must provide adequate time for consideration. City acknowledges that such scope change proposals may affect the implementation costs, schedule and go-live dates, which will be changed by mutual agreement. All scope change proposals shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Information Technology Agreement.
