Scope of AdSense for Error Pages Services. If selected on the Cover Page(s) of this Order Form, during the Services Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google will provide Customer with AFE Ads through its AFE Service for display on the AFE Sites as permitted herein. Customer agrees to implement the AFE Service as provided herein within thirty (30) days of the Order Form Effective Date, and to maintain such implementation thereafter during the Services Term.

  • Scope of Services The scope of services to be provided by BNYM under this Agreement shall not be increased as a result of new or revised regulatory or other requirements that may become applicable with respect to the Company, unless the parties hereto expressly agree in writing to any such increase. BNYM shall not be obligated to develop or implement Upgrades, but to the extent it elects to do so Section 3.1 shall apply.
