Completion of Development 7.4.1 Upon the completion of the whole development or complete phases of the development, Council may review this Agreement, in whole or in part, and may:
(a) retain the Agreement in its present form;
(b) negotiate a new Agreement;
(c) discharge this Agreement; or
(d) for those portions of the development which are completed, discharge this Agreement and apply appropriate zoning pursuant to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law for Halifax Peninsula as may be amended from time to time.
Scope of Project i. The work to be performed under the terms of this Agreement for the Rapid City Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process will be conducted in accordance with the CY 2023 Unified Planning Work Program incorporated in this Agreement by reference as Attachment D.
ii. The Sub-Recipient’s Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.
Notice of Developments Each Party shall give prompt written notice to the other Party of any material adverse development causing a breach of any of its representations and warranties in §3 above. No disclosure by either Party pursuant to this §4(c), however, shall be deemed to amend or supplement Annex I or Annex II or to prevent or cure any misrepresentation, breach of warranty or breach of covenant.
Scope of Collaboration As part of the collaboration, the Controllers will act as Joint Controller. The roles of the Controller and the associated tasks are specified in more detail in Appendix 1. If one party is solely responsible for a data processing operation, this party will implement all relevant data protection provisions on its own responsibility. However, such data processing procedures are not subject to this Agreement. Joint data processing and the type of Personal Data collected and processed within the framework of collaboration are specified in Appendix 1.
Staff Development As part of their induction, new staff will be made aware of this policy and will be asked to ensure compliance with its procedures at all times.
Scope of Activities Transmission planning activities will be coordinated in accordance with the Amended and Restated Northeast ISO/RTO Planning Coordination Protocol (“Protocol”), between and among PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. and ISO New England Inc., effective as of December 12, 2004 as amended on July 10, 2013.
DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK
Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
Scope of Negotiations The obligation to bargain collectively means to negotiate at reasonable times and to execute a written contract incorporating the terms of any agreement reached. The obligation to bargain collectively does not require the Board and the Association to agree to a proposal nor does it require the making of a concession. Those matters, which are negotiable, are: wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment and the continuation, modification, or deletion of an existing provision of this Agreement.
