Development Plan Activities definition

Development Plan Activities means the activities directed toward achieving the primary, secondary, and exploratory objectives listed under the heading “Development Plan Activities” in Exhibit D.
Development Plan Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(c)(i).

Examples of Development Plan Activities in a sentence

  • The JDC shall terminate in respect of a Research and Technical Development Plan upon completion by both Parties of their respective Research and Technical Development Plan Activities, unless the Parties otherwise agree.

  • Following completion of Development Plan Activities, Affimed shall have the first right to store the Samples for future use; provided that if Affimed determines that it no longer has a use for the Samples and Artiva determines that it does, then the Samples shall, subject to Applicable Laws and the terms of the signed ICFs, be transferred to Artiva and may be used solely thereafter by Artiva.

  • In addition to each Party’s rights and obligations set forth in Section 5.1(c)(i) and Section 5.1(c)(ii), each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to provide to the other Party summaries of data generated from its conduct of Development Plan Activities.

  • During each JRDC meeting, each Party shall provide the JRDC with an update on the progress of Development Plan Activities and any information and data generated from such Development Plan Activities since the prior JRDC meeting.

  • Such records shall fully and properly reflect all work performed and results achieved in the performance of such Development Plan Activities in good scientific manner appropriate for regulatory and patent purposes.

Related to Development Plan Activities

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Commercialization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Adapt or its Affiliates directly attributable to, or reasonably allocable to, the Commercialization of a Product. Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.
