Common use of Scope of Employment Clause in Contracts

Scope of Employment. The Company agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Company, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall have the responsibilities and authority of such position as set forth in the Company’s by-laws and such other responsibilities commensurate with the Executive’s title and position as may be reasonably determined and assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). The Executive shall devote his full business time, attention and energies to Company affairs.

The Executive shall devote his full business time, attention and energies to Company affairs.

The Executive shall have the responsibilities and authority of such position as set forth in the Company’s by-laws and such other responsibilities commensurate with the Executive’s title and position as may be reasonably determined and assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). The Executive shall devote his her full business time, attention and energies to Company affairs.

Scope of Employment. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby agrees to be employed by the Company, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall have the customary responsibilities and authority of such position as set forth in the Company’s by-laws and shall perform such other responsibilities commensurate duties consistent with the Executive’s title and responsibilities of such position as may be reasonably determined and assigned to the Executive by the Executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). The Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time, attention and energies to Company affairsaffairs as are necessary to fully perform his duties for the Company.

The Executive shall devote his full business time, attention and energies to Company affairs.

The Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time, attention and energies to Company affairsaffairs as are necessary to fully perform his duties for the Company.
