Common use of Scope of Employment Clause in Contracts

Scope of Employment. During the Term, the Company shall employ Executive and he shall render services to Company in the capacity and with the title of Executive Vice President, or such other titles as may be established by the Company from time to time. Executive shall devote his full time and best effort to the successful functioning of the Company's business and shall faithfully and industriously perform all duties pertaining to his position, including such additional duties as may be assigned from time to time, to the best of his ability, experience and talent. Executive shall report directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and be subject at all times during the Term hereof to the direction and control of the Company in respect of the work to be done.

Executive shall report directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and be subject at all times during the Term hereof to the direction and control of the Company in respect of the work to be done.

Executive shall devote his full time and best effort to the successful functioning of the Company's ’s business and shall faithfully and industriously perform all duties pertaining to his position, including such additional duties as may be assigned from time to time, to the best of his Executive’s ability, experience and talent. Executive shall report directly to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and be subject at all times during the Term hereof to the direction and control of the Company in respect of the work to be done.
