SCOPE OF JOINT PROJECTS. Each Joint Project will be conducted as a collaborative research program during its Research Period to identify and validate Novel Validated Targets. The Parties intend that these Novel Validated Targets will be suitable to enable Compound Screening to identify molecules useful for the development and manufacture of Products.
