Scope of Software Support Services. (i) These software support terms apply to software support services purchased by customer from Provider, whether under a software support plan, another service plan or on time and materials basis. Customer may contract with Provider for software support by product type per lab location as specifically identified on a purchase order (“Covered Product”). In the event customer has multiple instruments of the same type in the same lab, customer must buy a multi-instrument support plan for that instrument type. Multiple plans must be purchased to cover different instrument types in the same lab.

Scope of Software Support Services. (i) These software support terms apply to software support services purchased by County from Contractor, whether under a software support plan, another service plan or on time and materials basis. County may contract with Contractor for software support by product type per lab location as specifically identified on a purchase order (“Covered Product”), including as specified herein in Attachment B, Compensation and Pricing Provisions. In the event County has multiple instruments of the same type in the same lab, County must buy a multi-instrument support plan for that instrument type. Multiple plans must be purchased to cover different instrument types in the same lab. The Software Plus Plan purchased by County in this Contract (see Attachment B, Compensation and Pricing Provisions) is a Covered Product.

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable XXXX.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.

  • Hardware Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to install mandatory Hardware updates in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become available for distribution. Whether a Hardware update is mandatory shall be determined by Seller in its sole discretion. Seller shall reschedule Hardware updates to coincide with preventive maintenance visits. If Purchaser requests that such Hardware updates occur at a time or date other than during preventive maintenance visits, Seller may, at its sole discretion, charge Purchaser for any costs and expenses incurred in connection with such Hardware update visit. All updated Hardware and components thereof and Purchaser’s use of the same shall be subject to this Agreement and the Original Terms.
