Scope of Work and Project Milestone. 5.1 General terms of the scope of work The scope of work is to supply the Laptops, wireless mouses and support in fixing issues of delivered items under rate contract as per the minimum specifications prescribed in subsequent section of the RFP document. ReBIT expressly stipulates that Xxxxxx’s selection under this RFP is on the express understanding that this RFP contains only the broad provisions for the entire assignment and that the deliverables and the services in connection therewith are only a part of the assignment. The Bidder shall be required to undertake to perform all such tasks, render requisite services and make available all such resources as may be required for the successful completion of the entire assignment at no additional cost to the ReBIT notwithstanding what is stated here and what is not stated. The Bidder has to envisage all necessary services to be provided and ensure the same is delivered to ReBIT. ReBIT will not accept any plea of the Bidder later for omission of critical services on the pretext that the same was not explicitly mentioned in the RFP. The supplied servers / solution shall be of the latest versions and should not be end of life / end of support for the next 5 years. In cases where the offered model is being superseded with new model by OEM due to better technology / specifications etc., the successful bidder is required to offer the new model at no extra cost or charges to the ReBIT.

Scope of Work and Project Milestone. 5.1 General terms of the scope of work Based on the contents of the RFP, ReBIT intends to appoint a Service Provider for Annual Maintenance Contract of Non-IT (Facility) Equipment at its Office Premises at Xxxx # 000, 0xx Xxxxx & Xxxx # 0000, 00xx Xxxxx, Building Xx. 0, XxxxXxxxx, Xxxxxxxx. The AMC Services will be Comprehensive and exhaustive and will cover all Electrical Works, UPS, HVAC Works, PAC Works, Fire and Safety Works, Audio Visual Works, Access Control System & Building Management System. These Office Premises (5th & 10th Floor) (hereinafter referred to as “Premises”) accommodates about 450-500 employees in a floor area admeasuring a carpet area of Approx. 52,880 Square Feet (Sq.Ft).   • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer develops and manufactures various products for use in the defense, aerospace and security industries. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to expand its operations at various locations throughout California, including El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Palmdale, Sunnyvale, Woodland Hills, Azusa and Rancho Xxxxxxxx. As part of its expansion, Taxpayer will invest in manufacturing equipment, computer and electrical equipment and make tenant improvements to the above facilities. Additionally, Taxpayer will hire full-time employees as part of its expansion (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit “A” (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of Full- time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the Full-time employees hired and retained within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by the taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, Xxxxxxxx agrees that any full-time employee hired after the effective date of this agreement that is a “qualified full-time employee” (as defined in RTC section 23636) shall be excluded from the calculation of the net increase of full-time employees required by this Agreement if Taxpayer claims the credit allowed by RTC section 23636.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:

The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.
