AMC Services means and include the Services offered by Vendor including but not limited to Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract under this Agreement. Services’ shall also include the Implementation Services, Training Services and Maintenance Services etc. and other incidental services and other obligation of the service provider shall be provided under this Agreement.

  • Cablevision agrees to use its best reasonable efforts to enforce its rights under the MSG Transition Services Agreement in the event MSG fails to pay Cablevision for AMC Services To MSG rendered by AMC on Cablevision’s behalf.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
