  • If yes they should submit the list of such consumables along with price list and frequency of replacement per year if the same is not included in quoted Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract charges per year.

  • The payment of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract will be made on half yearly basis after submission of satisfactory functioning report of the Complete System by the officials authorized by the Institute.

  • During Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract, bidder shall maintain and keep 95% uptime per year of the “Complete System” as per calculation given below:-.
