Scope of Work Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan. The scope of work that shall be performed by the Independent Supervisor Consultant is to supervise, monitor, review, and assess the work and implementation of design obligations, the obtainment of Approvals, surveys, procurement, construction, including documents and other activities submitted and carried out by IBE according to Article 9 (Development and Construction and Commercial Operation Date) of the Cooperation Agreement. Scope of Work Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan. During the Term of Contract CONTRACTOR must perform and/or deliver Work as describe in the Contract, in specific Exhibit A of this Contract. Selama Jangka Waktu Kontrak KONTRAKTOR wajib melaksanakan dan/atau menyerahkan Pekerjaan sesuai dengan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan ketenuan dalam Kontrak, khususnya pada Lampiran A Kontrak ini. Once the whole or, if the Contract contemplates portions of the Work, a portion of the Work, has been completed, CONTRACTOR shall provide COMPANY with a written notice of the completion of the whole or a portion of the Work together with written proofs. If the Work has been completed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions hereof, COMPANY shall issue a written notice of Work acceptance (“WAN”).   • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.
