General Scope of Work. In each HMO Program Service Area, HHSC will select HMOs for each HMO Program to provide health care services to Members. The HMO must be licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) as an HMO or an ANHC in all zip codes in the respective Service Area(s). Coverage for benefits will be available to enrolled Members effective on the Operational Start Date. The Operational Start Date is September 1, 2006 for STAR and CHIP HMOs, January 1, 2007 for CHIP Perinatal HMOs, and February 1, 2007 for the STAR+PLUS HMOs.
General Scope of Work. In each MCO Program and Service Area, HHSC will select MCOs to provide Health Care Services and prescription drug benefits to Members. The MCO must have approval from the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) to operate as an HMO, ANHC, and/or an EPO in all zip codes in the respective Service Area(s). Coverage for benefits will be available to enrolled Members effective on the Operational Start Date. The Operational Start Date is March 1, 2012, for all MCO Programs and Service Areas.

The Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2011 requires new providers to register with the Healthcare Inspectorate Wales. • Deliver occupational health medical surveillance and injury management in line with procedures developed from Bechtel Core Processes modified to comply with UK regulations, Welsh policy and Project requirements. • Provide Return to Work / Case Management capability to ensure the timely and safe return to work for all workers following an injury or illness. • Maintain medical records securely; it is preferred that the medical records management system is electronic. • Perform campaigns monthly e.g. public health education campaigns, health promotion activities, well-being programmes, mental health well-being programmes. • Provide certified First Aider training, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and other health and emergency response skills training. • Provide consultation to/with client on public health issues, disease outbreak, epidemic or pandemic issues as applicable and other public health-related issues which may arise throughout the duration of the project. • Implement a stringent infection control policy to include medical waste disposal, no re- capping of needles as standard practice and the provision of spill kits in accordance with the Bechtel Blood Xxxxxx Pathogen Procedure. • Implement a Clinic Po...
