General Scope of Work. The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

These services shall include, but are not limited to, cleaning, washing windows (interior/exterior), vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, hard surface floor buffing, stripping, waxing and shampooing carpets and emergency clean-ups. Each service period, as listed in the definitions below, will commence on the effective day of the Contract unless otherwise designated by the Contract Manager or his/her designee. Contractor shall provide a mutual agreeable calendar to the Contract Manager or his/her designee and the Building Coordinator for weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual service items within 10 days of the effective date of the Contract. Contractor shall notify the Contract Manager or his designee and the Building Coordinator of any deviation from the schedule.
