WORK ACCEPTANCE. (a) All work performed under this contract shall be performed in accordance with Standards, Specifications, Manuals of Instruction, Policies and Procedures established by the DEPARTMENT. All work shall be subject to the approval of the LOCAL AUTHORITY and the DEPARTMENT through its designated representatives. When the work is federally funded, the LOCAL AUTHORITY and the DEPARTMENT will coordinate with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to obtain concurrence in the work. (b) Reviews and Quality Assurance: All contracts require a quality control / quality assurance plan and checklist. For design projects specifically, the CONSULTANT shall provide a project specific QC/QA plan that meets or exceeds the DEPARTMENT’S standard QC/QA plan located on the DEPARTMENT web page at xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxx/xx/xxxx which is hereby incorporated by reference into this contract. If the CONSULTANT elects to use its own QC/QA plan, that plan shall, as a minimum, contain the requirements of the DEPARTMENT’S plan and be approved by the DEPARTMENT’S Project Manager. WORK ACCEPTANCE. Acceptance of the Work shall be when: (1) Supplier has completed the performance of the Work; (2) all required testing has been successfully completed; (3) the Work complies with applicable law and all of the requirements of this Agreement;
WORK ACCEPTANCE. Contractor shall provide project oversight as needed. All work rejected as unsatisfactory shall be corrected prior to final acceptance. State may also periodically provide personnel for administrative oversight from the initiation of the task order through project completion. All work will be inspected by the ordering agency or designated liaison prior to approval of any SOWTO payments. All work rejected as unsatisfactory shall be corrected prior to final inspection and acceptance. Contractor shall respond within seven calendar days after notice of defects has been given by the ordering agency and proceed to immediately remedy all defects.

All work shall be subject to the approval of MAG through its designated representatives. When the work is federally funded, MAG will coordinate with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to obtain concurrence in the work. (b) CONSULTANT agrees to submit written reports electronically in the format to be specified and mutually agreed upon and as hard copy. The final report shall be a minimum of 10 printed copies, have an emphasis on visualization, and be printed by the CONSULTANT. An electronic copy of the final report in .pdf format on a CD or USB Drive shall be produced by the CONSULTANT. Distribution of the final report shall be the responsibility of MAG.
WORK ACCEPTANCE. 1. Any and all work or parts supplied by the Contractor shall be considered complete and acceptable only after submittal review and written acceptance by Austin Energy, and successful installation, start-up and testing of the equipment upon which the work or parts was repaired, maintained or overhauled at the Austin Energy plant site. 2. Acceptance or approval by Austin Energy of Contractor’s work shall not constitute nor be deemed a release of responsibilities and liabilities of the Contractor for the accuracy, completeness and competency of the work performed under the contract. 3. No approval or acceptance by Austin Energy shall be deemed to be an assumption of such responsibility by Austin Energy for any defective, erroneous, incomplete, or substantial work performed by the Contractor.
WORK ACCEPTANCE. This Project will be inspected by an authorized representative of the City. This inspection shall be performed to determine acceptance of Work, appropriate invoicing, and warranty conditions.

WORK ACCEPTANCE. (For construction contracts in the Canal area). 1. The Authority shall only accept work that conforms to the specifications, terms, and conditions of the contract. 2. The Contracting Officer may partially accept the work if the extent of completion permits the satisfactory use thereof by the Authority, notwithstanding the existence of pending details that do not hinder its usefulness, and the application of liquidated damages shall cease.

(b) Reviews and Quality Assurance: All contracts require a quality control / quality assurance plan and checklist. If the CONSULTANT elects to use their own QC/QA plan, that plan shall, as a minimum, contain the requirements of the LOCAL AUTHORITY plan and be approved by the Project Manager. In addition to the QC/QA checklists and certifications, back up documentation of the QC/QA plan shall be maintained. The back up documentation shall include, but not be limited to the following items: (1) Check prints and calculations (2) Comment resolution forms (3) Written records of the findings of the Quality Control check (4) Peer review letters, memoranda, etc. (5) Any other correspondence regarding the Quality Control activities involving the task.
WORK ACCEPTANCE. 10.3.1 All finished Work will be subject to inspection and acceptance or rejection by the City, the Project Manager, and the Architect or Engineer and other government agencies having jurisdiction over the Work. Final acceptance of the Work will be at the discretion of the City. 10.3.2 The City will accept the Work in writing only when the Work has been completed to the City’s reasonable satisfaction. Progress payments will in no way be construed as acceptance of any part of the Work. 10.3.3 In evaluating the Work, no allowance will be made for deviations from the Technical Specifications, Project Plans or other Contract Documents unless already approved in writing in accordance with the requirements of Section 4, above. 10.3.4 The fact that the Work and materials have been inspected from time to time and that progress payments have been made does not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of replacing and making good any defective or omitted work or materials in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
