Score Criteria Sample Clauses

Score Criteria. Fair Xxxxx warrants that the scoring algorithms used in the computation of the Score are empirically derived from Equifax’s credit data and are a demonstrably and statistically sound method of measuring loss ratio relativity, not creditworthiness. The Score provides a statistical evaluation of certain information in Equifax's credit data files on a particular consumer, and the Score indicates the degree of insurance risk posed by that consumer relative to other consumers in Equifax's database. No scoring algorithms used by the Insurance Score Information Services use race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age as predictive factors.
