Common use of SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES Clause in Contracts

SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES. (1) The Project Sponsor certifies that it and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project Sponsor, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2) If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project Sponsor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) The Project Sponsor agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES. (1) The Project Sponsor A. Contractor certifies that it and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement Contract at its sole option if the Project Sponsor Contractor or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorContractor, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the AgreementContract. (2) B. If this Agreement Contract is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor Contractor certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement Contract at its sole option if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the AgreementContract. (3) The Project Sponsor agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) C. As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

(2) b. If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor Consultant certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department Village may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorConsultant , its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorConsultant, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) c. The Project Sponsor Consultant agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) . As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above-stated contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor Local Government or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorLocal Government, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2) If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor Local Government certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorLocal Government, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorLocal Government, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) The Project Sponsor Local Government agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department City may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorConsultant , its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorConsultant, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) c. The Project Sponsor Consultant agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) d. As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above-stated contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES. (1) The Project Sponsor a. Grantee certifies that it and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor Grantee or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorGrantee, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2) b. If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor Grantee certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorGrantee, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorGrantee, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) c. The Project Sponsor Grantee agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) d. As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department City may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorContractor , its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) . The Project Sponsor Contractor agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) . As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above-stated contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department Village may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorConsultant , its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorConsultant, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department Village may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor Contractor or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorContractor, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2) 11.10.2. If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor Contractor certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department Village may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) 11.10.3. The Project Sponsor Contractor agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) 11.10.4. As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above- stated contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative. (2b) If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor CONTRACTOR certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department TOWN may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorCONTRACTOR, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONTRACTOR, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3c) The Project Sponsor CONTRACTOR agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4d) As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above-stated contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES. (1) The Project Sponsor 26.1 CONSULTANT certifies that it and its subcontractors are not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department Town may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor CONSULTANT or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONSULTANT, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2) 26.2 If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor CONSULTANT certifies that it and its subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department Town may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorCONSULTANT , its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONSULTANT, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) 26.3 The Project Sponsor CONSULTANT agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) 26.4 As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above-stated contracting prohibitions prohibitions, then they shall become inoperative.

Pursuant to Section section 287.135, F.S., the Department may immediately terminate this Agreement Contract at its sole option if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorContractor, its affiliates, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the AgreementContract. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department VILLAGE may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor CONSULTANT or its subcontractors subconsultants are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONSULTANT, or its subcontractors subconsultants are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2b) If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor CONSULTANT certifies that it and its subcontractors subconsultants are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department VILLAGE may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorCONSULTANT , its affiliates, or its subcontractors subconsultants are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONSULTANT, its affiliates, or its subcontractors subconsultants are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3c) The Project Sponsor CONSULTANT agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4d) As provided in Subsection 287.135(8), F.S., if federal law ceases to authorize these the above- stated contracting prohibitions then they shall become inoperative.

Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department CITY’S may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project Sponsor CONTRACTOR or its subcontractors Subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONTRACTOR, or its subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement. (2) 21.2 If this Agreement is for more than one million dollars, the Project Sponsor CONTRACTOR certifies that it and its subcontractors Subcontractors are also not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan, Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, F.S. Pursuant to Section 287.135, F.S., the Department CITY may immediately terminate this Agreement at its sole option if the Project SponsorCONTRACTOR , its affiliates, or its subcontractors are found to have submitted a false certification; or if the Project SponsorCONTRACTOR, its affiliates, or its subcontractors Subcontractors are placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, or sample Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria during the term of the Agreement. (3) The Project Sponsor 21.3 CONTRACTOR agrees to observe the above requirements for applicable subcontracts entered into for the performance of work under this Agreement. (4) .
