Common use of Scrutinized Company List Clause in Contracts

Scrutinized Company List. In accordance with subsection 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, the Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. In accordance with 287.135, the Department may unilaterally terminate this contract if it determines that the Contractor has submitted a false certification as provided under subsection 287.135 (5), or that it is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List.

Scrutinized Company List. In accordance with subsection 287.135(5), Florida Statutesexecuting this Contract and if the contract exceeds $1,000,000.00 in total not including renewal years, the Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. In accordance with 287.135Pursuant to section 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, the Contractor agrees the Department may unilaterally immediately terminate this contract for cause if it determines that the Contractor has is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under subsection 287.135 (5), or that it if the Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector ListList during the term of the Contract.
