Minimum Service Term definition

Minimum Service Term means a minimum term for the provision of Service by Ruptela to the Customer. Minimum Service Term shall be 24 (twenty-four) months unless agreed upon otherwise between the Parties in the Special Terms. The Minimum Service Term begins once Ruptela issues the first invoice.
Minimum Service Term means the minimum period of delivery of the Managed Cloud Services from the Service Commencement Date as set out in the Service Schedule;
Minimum Service Term is six months from the Service Commencement Date. ”Net Rates” are in lieu of all other rates, offers, discounts, and promotions.

  • The months in which you receive the Hibernation Plan will count towards your Minimum Service Term.

More Definitions of Minimum Service Term

Minimum Service Term means a -month period commencing on the date Your Service is activated. If You terminate your Service prior to the expiration of the applicable Minimum Service Term, You shall continue to be obligated to remit your monthly Service Fee for the portion of the Minimum Service Term which follows the termination of Your Service. In addition, you may be obligated to promptly remit to EnerStar a transfer fee in the amount of $ USD (the “Transfer Fee”)
Minimum Service Term. The Minimum Service Term for the Metro Private Line circuits is 5 years from the date of circuit installation. If Customer terminates any of such Metro Private Line circuits prior to the end of the five-year minimum Service Term for reasons other than Customer termination for Cause, Customer will pay an amount equal to 100% of the MRC for the discontinued circuit(s) multiplied by the number of months remaining in the unexpired portion of the five-year Service Term, in addition in any amounts owed for service already received.

Minimum Service Term means a period equivalent to half of the Service Term agreed for a Service as indicated in the applicable Service Order Form.
Minimum Service Term is six months from the Start of Service Date.
