Seat Belts. Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 13043 (April 16, 1997), Increasing the Use of Seat Belts in the United States, recipients are encouraged to adopt and enforce on-the-job seat belt policies and programs for their employees when operating vehicles, whether organizationally owned or rented or personally owned;
Seat Belts. Contractors, subcontractors, and grantees, are encouraged to adopt and enforce on-the-job seat belt policies and programs for their employees when operating company-owned, rented, or personally owned vehicles.
Seat Belts. The parties agree that during the course of their employment employees will wear seat belts.
Seat Belts. All buses will be equipped with seatbelts for the driver, and they are required to wear the belts while driving. Seatbelts that are to short will be replaced upon request.

Seat Belts. The number of persons travelling in the vehicle must not exceed the number of seat belts the vehicle is equipped with by its manufacturer.
Seat Belts. Employees (drivers and occupants) utilizing a GFV shall wear safety belts whenever the vehicle is in operation. The vehicle operator should advise all vehicle occupants to wear their safety belts prior to operating the vehicle. (41 CFR 101- 39.300(c))

Seat Belts. You must carry only as many passengers as there are seat belts in the vehicle and ensure all passengers are strapped into the seatbelts when the vehicle is moving. Passengers travelling in the buddy seats do so at their own risk. You are legally responsible for obtaining and using a child or baby seat.
Seat Belts. Every bus shall be equipped with an adjustable driver’s restraining belt in compliance with the requirements of FMVSS 209, “Seat Belt Assemblies” 49 C.F.R. 571.209, Rev. 10/09, and FMVSS 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages” 49 C.F.R. 571.210, Rev. 10/09, hereby incorporated by reference.
