Second Shift. .1 One of the following options will be used at the discretion of the Company. If the Company has a preference it will be posted prior to the additional shift or shifts being started, giving as much notice as is possible. If the Company has no preference the employees on the off shift will vote collectively on which system they prefer. .2 The Second Shift will start immediately following the First Shift.
