COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.
Timber Cut Through Mistake Undesig- nated timber meeting Utilization Standards, cut by Pur- chaser through mistake and included by Contracting Offi- cer under B2.14, shall be removed and paid for at Current Contract Rates and Required Deposits, unless such ma- terial is not listed in A2. In such event, Contracting Offi- cer, in accord with standard Forest Service methods, shall establish rates to be paid.
Pass Through Fees Registry Operator shall pay to ICANN (i) a one-‐time fee equal to US$5,000 for access to and use of the Trademark Clearinghouse as described in Specification 7 (the “RPM Access Fee”) and (ii) US$0.251an amount specified by ICANN not to exceed US$0.25 per Sunrise Registration and Claims Registration (as such terms are used in Trademark Clearinghouse RPMs incorporated herein pursuant to Specification 7) (the “RPM Registration Fee”). The RPM Access Fee will be invoiced as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, and Registry Operator shall pay such fee to an account specified by ICANN within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the invoice. ICANN will invoice Registry Operator quarterly for the RPM Registration Fee, which shall be due in accordance with the invoicing and payment procedure specified in Section 6.1.

Second Stage If the two Parties are unable to agree at first stage, then within ten (10) days of receipt of an answer to the first stage grievance, the Union must take up the grievance in writing with the appropriate management representatives as designated by the Employer. A meeting shall be convened within seven (7) days of the filing of the grievance in writing at second stage, at which the grievor shall be present in disciplinary related matters unless both Parties agree otherwise. When the grievors or job xxxxxxx(s) attend during their regular working hours, they shall suffer no loss of pay. If the grievors or job xxxxxxx(s) attend on their own time, they shall be paid at straight-time rates for the time of the second stage meeting. The minimum pay of one (1) hour shall apply. The answer to the second stage grievance must be given within ten (10) days of the meeting held to discuss the grievance at second stage.

CHECK-OFF UNION DUES 5.1 The Corporation shall, subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth hereunder, deduct on the payroll for the first pay period of each month from wages due and payable to each employee coming within the scope of this Collective Agreement, an amount equal to the prevailing monthly dues of the Union and shall remit the same by cheque (accompanied by a statement of deductions from individuals) to the Union Local Secretary- Treasurer, not later than twenty (20) days following the pay period in which the deductions are made.
Original DPA Paragraph 4 on page 2 of the DPA setting a three-year term for the DPA shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof: “This DPA shall be effective upon the date of signature by Provider and LEA, and shall remain in effect as between Provider and LEA 1) for so long as the Services are being provided to the LEA or 2) until the DPA is terminated pursuant to Section 15 of this Exhibit G, whichever comes first. The Exhibit E General Offer will expire three (3) years from the date the original DPA was signed.”
