Common use of Secondary Resource Classes Clause in Contracts

Secondary Resource Classes. Special Education Classes exceeding fifteen (15) students enrolled in one (1) academic class period will be provided with .50 hour of Educational Assistant’s time for that class period in addition to that which is already provided. (Study Skills and similar non-academic, instructional classes are exempt from this provision.)
