Secondment Leave. .1 Prior to the secondment from the Board, the Board and the Teacher shall determine the terms of Secondment. .2 Each year of the secondment shall be counted as a full teaching year for experience and seniority except when such Teacher assumes the position of Principal or Vice-Principal.
