Common use of Secondment Leave Clause in Contracts

Secondment Leave. A teacher xxx, upon request, be granted a secondment leave, where in the opinion of the Employer the leave is likely to be of assistance in furthering the teacher's development and in achieving the Employer's goals. The Employer must be fully reimbursed for the cost of the teacher's salary and benefits.
