Common use of Secretaries Clause in Contracts

Secretaries. The regular work day for ten (10) month secretaries shall be seven and one­ quarter hours (7¼) including a thirty (30) minute, duty­free lunch and one (1) fifteen (15) minute break in the morning and one (1) fifteen (15) minute break in the afternoon. The regular work day for twelve (12) month secretaries shall be seven and one­half (7½) hours including a thirty (30) minute, duty­free lunch and one (1) fifteen (15) minute break in the morning and one (1) fifteen (15) minute break in the afternoon.
