Secretary/Building Ratio. A minimum of one (1) full-time secretary will be employed for each general division of the school district. A general division shall be defined as a group of teachers assigned to a principal and/or an identified building (e.g., each elementary building, middle school/junior high, and high school). The number of secretaries employed will be based on the higher number of divisions (number of principals or number of buildings).
