Common use of Section 10.12 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.12. 24 An employee shall forfeit rights to re-employment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 25 not comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 26 re-employment within fifteen (15) calendar days.

Section 10.12. 24 43 An employee shall forfeit rights to re-employment reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 25 not 44 comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 26 re-employment 45 reemployment within fifteen (15) calendar days.
