Section 10.12. 46 An employee on layoff status who rejects an offer of reemployment forfeits seniority and all other 47 accrued benefits; provided, that such employee is offered a position substantially equal to that held 48 prior to layoff. 6 The District shall have the right to discipline or discharge an employee for justifiable cause.
