Common use of SECTION 105 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 105. 37 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave; 41 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45

SECTION 105. 37 7 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 8 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave; 41 9 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 10 States; or 44 ; 11 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45; or 12 D. Time spent in layoff status as hereinafter provided.

SECTION 105. 37 33 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation:: 34 39 35 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave;; 36 41 37 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 38 States; or 44 39 40 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 4541 42 Section 10.6. 43 Seniority rights shall be effective within the general job classification. As used in this Agreement, 44 general job classifications are: Classification 1 Paraeducator, Braille and Signer; Classification 2 -- 45 Food Service.

SECTION 105. 37 14 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 16 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave; 41 17 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 18 States; or 44 ; 19 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45; or 20 D. Time spent in layoff status as hereinafter provided in Sections 10.10 through 10.13.

SECTION 105. 37 10 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 12 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness illness, or judicial leave;. 41 13 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the 14 United 42 States; or 44 . 15 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 16 D. Time spent on layoff status as hereinafter provided. 4518 Section 10.6. 19 Seniority rights shall only be effective within the general job classification. General job classifications 20 are those set forth in Article I, Section 1.4.

Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 ; 6 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45; or

SECTION 105. 37 13 Seniority rights shall not be lost lost, nor shall further seniority accrue during the time periods specified 14 below for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 16 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness illness, or judicial leave;jury duty, not to exceed 17 one (1) year. 41 18 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. 20 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45leaves of absence, not to exceed one (1) year. 21 D. Time spent in layoff status, as herein provided.

SECTION 105. 37 9 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 10 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave; 41 11 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45the

SECTION 105. 37 Seniority rights shall not be lost but shall not accrue, for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave; 41 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 40 States; or 44 C. ; 41 B. Time spent on other authorized leaves; or 42 C. Time spent in layoff status as hereinafter provided. 4544 Section 10.6. 45 Seniority rights shall be effective within that general job classification. As used in this Agreement, 46 general job classifications are those set forth in Article I, Section 1.4.

SECTION 105. 37 2 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 4 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness or judicial leave; 41 5 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 United 7 C. Time spent on other District authorized leaves. 45leaves of absence; or 8 D. Time spent on layoff.

Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 40 States; or 44 ; 41 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45; or 42 D. Time spent in layoff status as hereinafter provided in Sections 10.10 through 10.13.

SECTION 105. 37 26 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation:. 39 28 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, accident or industrial illness attributed to District 29 employment or judicial leave;jury duty. 41 31 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. 34 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45.

SECTION 105. 37 13 Seniority rights shall not be lost lost, nor shall further seniority accrue during the time periods specified 14 below for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 16 A. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 9 States; or 44 ; 10 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45; or 11 D. Time spent in layoff status less than two (2) years as hereinafter provided in Section 10.11.

SECTION 105. 37 3 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation: 39 4 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness illness, or judicial leave;. 41 5 B. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 42 States; or 44 United 7 C. Time spent on other authorized leaves. 45. 8 D. Time spent in layoff status as hereinafter provided.
