Common use of SECTION 108 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 108. 39 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 21 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 22 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 23 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 33 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 34 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 35 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 17 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 18 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 19 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 29 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 30 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 31 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 2 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 3 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 date 4 and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 28 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 29 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 30 classification seniority for three (3) yearsdate.

SECTION 108. 39 12 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 13 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, year notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 14 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 ‌ 28 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 29 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 30 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 8 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 9 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 10 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 Employees 44 An employee who change changes job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their his hire dates date in the 40 45 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have he has acquired a new hire 41 date 46 and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 44 Employees who voluntarily change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire 45 dates in the 40 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired 46 a new hire 41 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 10 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 11 previous classification for a period of one three (13) yearyears, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new 12 hire 41 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for 24 three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 7 Employees who change job classifications classification within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 8 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 9 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 30 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 31 previous classification for a period of one three (13) yearyears, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new 32 hire 41 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 23 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit District shall retain their hire dates in the 40 previous 24 classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 date and a 25 new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.

SECTION 108. 39 31 Employees who change job classifications within the bargaining unit shall retain their hire dates in the 40 32 previous classification for a period of one (1) year, notwithstanding that they have acquired a new hire 41 33 date and a new classification. Except, in the instance of layoff; whereby the employee shall retain 42 seniority for three (3) years.
