Common use of Section 15.01 - Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Section 15.01 - Sick Leave. Employees in the classified service of the Employer who regularly work more than twenty (20) hours per week shall be entitled to leaves of absence with pay, for actual, bona fide illness, temporary physical disability, or illness in the immediate family, or quarantine. Such leaves shall be granted in accordance with the provisions of this article.
