Common use of Section 16.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.1. 21 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 22 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 23 Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.

Section 16.1. 21 16 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 22 17 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 23 18 Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.

Section 16.1. 21 12 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 22 13 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 23 Terms 14 terms and Conditions conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.
