Under no circumstances will the employee be required or assigned to engage in any activity involving dangerous conditions of work or danger to person or property or in violation of any applicable statute, or court order, or governmental regu- lation relating to safety of person or equipment.
SECTION 1701. Approval of Educational Aide requests is the joint responsibility of the Department Director and City Manager. In approving such requests, consideration is given to the City's requirements and the employee's potential and development needs.
