Common use of Section 17.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.5. 45 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in a tax shelter annuity plan 46 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington. On receipt of a written authorization by an 47 employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions from the 48 employee's salary.

Section 17.5. 45 12 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in a tax shelter annuity plan 46 13 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington. On receipt of a written authorization by an 47 14 employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions from the 48 15 employee's salary.
