, Section 2. Short-Term Help. Notwithstanding Section 1, when Employees are not available at either straight time or overtime, the Employer shall notify the Union on a monthly basis of all temporary Employees, stating their name, position, clinic/location/department, FTE, start date, reason for the temporary Employee, and the name and contact number of the Supervisor. The Employer may use short term outside help for a specified length of time agreed to by the Supervisor and the Union.
